The location was ideal for exploring the area, being just a short walk to town, which made it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping.
The breakfast selection was quite basic, lacking heartier options like bacon and eggs that one would expect from a B&B.

The shower had nice hot water, making for a quick refresh before the day. The room featured a cozy atmosphere, perfect for winding down after some exploration.
The stairs were steep and narrow, making it a challenge to carry luggage, especially for someone older. The bathroom was cramped, leaving little room for dressing after a shower. The duvet was too small, leaving us chilly at night due to gaps on the sides, and we couldn't find an extra blanket to help fix that. A bit of trouble with the shower controls. the various dials made it tricky to adjust the water pressure to our liking.

i almost thought about leaving a good review, but the fact that i had no hot water and was stuck up narrow stairs absolutley ruined my stay. i would have expected some extra courtesy for my troubles, perhaps an upgrade or even a complimentary breakfast. the decor was nice though, if that's worth anything.

Lovely Looe vibes 🌊
Man, the brekkie was just phenomenal! So much to choose from and those homemade scones were a lekker touch. The room was super cozy, felt like home with all the lovely decor and little extras like the bubbly and chocs. Our hosts were really warm and made us feel like chommies right away!
Just a smidge tricky getting in at first but it was sorted quickly enough.

Couple's Delight!
What a place! The hosts are sooo friendly! They welcomed us right away, gave us a tour and even had a bottle of bubbly waiting in our room! The breakfast was like nothing we ever had before too, with homemade cakes and locally sourced goodies!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for the experience we got, it was worth it.

The breakfast exceeded expectations with a delightful selection.
I had a bit of trouble with the coffee machine. it was quite complicated to operate and not user-friendly. The shower wasn’t very powerful, which made it hard to enjoy a refreshing start to the day. the initial room assigned to us on the top floor was difficult to access due to steep stairs, and it took some time before we were moved to a more suitable first-floor room.

Wonderful hosts and lovely touches
We had a delightfully cozy stay with Kathryn and Matt, who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our beautifully clean room had charming decor and extras like a bottle of water, wine, and chocolates, which were lovely treats. The breakfast spread was varied and included delicious homemade cake, making each morning special. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to have clearer instructions for accessing the property, as we faced a minor hiccup with the door being locked unexpectedly.

Just a nice choice for a fleeting pause in Looe with great value. The breakfast spread was really delightful, especially the homemade cake. Bring a power adapter as the outlets were limited.
